About Zahra

 

Zahra is co-founder of C.O.D.E., Guide, Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor and host of the No Acid Needed podcast. With a reputation for helping people access and live from their power through her bold and straightforward guidance, Zahra facilitates 1:1 private sessions, in person intensive weekends, a monthly membership group and online programs. Part of Zahra’s mission is to help bridge understanding between science and spirituality, she is deeply passionate about helping people apply mindfulness to their lives, while understanding the metaphysical implications of their actions. Her purpose is to facilitate experiences for men and women to access the depths of their power, and live from that space, in order to transform their addictions, relationships, and live a transcendent life.

 
 

Zahra comes from a background in psychology and mindfulness, she completed her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University and has done research at the Langer Mindfulness Lab and at the McNally Lab, both at Harvard University. Zahra was a teaching fellow, teaching undergraduate Harvard students for two years and had the pleasure of introducing meditation and mindfulness practices in her classrooms. Zahra is certified as a Kundalini instructor, and certified in Transcendental Meditation. She has taught Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation at Burning Man, Lululemon, Harvard University, and Karma Yoga studio.

Known for being very open about her own past experiences with victimhood, overthinking, perfectionism, and severe depression, she has shared her journey and her insights throughout her growth as a masterful teacher, guide, and CodeBreaker.

Zahra is dedicated to freeing leaders from the limiting beliefs and upper-limits that hold them back from their next-level and opens up the conversation of how to live a life in total alignment between mind, body, heart, and higher spiritual purpose every day.

Now graduated and avidly working with her clients, and with C.O.D.E., she resides close to the ocean in Miami and spends her days writing, dancing, guiding her clients, and singing her heart out to metal music.
