Keep your Herbs Fresh + Happy

Ever been hesitant about buying fresh bundles of herbs out of the fear of them spoiling too early before you get a chance to enjoy them? Fear no more! Here are a few tips on how to keep your greens happy and your wallet full.

KALE: Wrap in a semi-wet paper towel or I suggest a real towel that you designate as your vege towel! Store in a plastic bag with the towel wrapped around the greens or just straight into your fridge as long as its clean of course.

CILANTRO: Cut the dry ends and place in water in a mason-jar or glass and cover with a plastic bag, place in your fridge! Or if you don't have space or the patience then just wrap with towel.

MINT: Cut the dry ends and place in water in a mason-jar or glass and cover with a plastic bag, place in your fridge! Or if you don't have space or the patience then just wrap with towel.

BASIL: Cut the dry ends and place in water in a mason-jar or glass and cover with a plastic bag, place in ROOM temperature not in your fridge, that will turn the leaves black.
